Samsung Community

The Brief

Samsung asked us to help them launch a new online customer community, a place for its fans to come together to talk, help each other and generate new ideas for Samsung products. The community was to be rolled out to 14 EU countries so we need to come up with a strong visual direction to help out multilingual audience understand what the community was all about.

The Idea

We made Samsung products into emoji’s and greetings, putting  Samsung at the heart of universally understood symbols and sayings to drive engagement to the Samsung Community.

After the launch of the community we also help develop the community Playbook which helped define content and the tone of voice guidelines for community contributor’s and administrators.

I developed this work alongside the insanely talented creative team @samanddom.
